We work as a team to implement our service model to improve the social wellbeing of our members. Within this team structure each of us focuses on a specific area, for example, Patrick manages organisational systems whilst Sue and Kelly deliver the activities identified by our members. We blend our talents in networking, for example, Sue and Patrick have worked together on strengthening links with Nottingham Remploy.
There are always new faces when it comes to volunteers. To match the diversity within our group we have volunteers that are young and old that come from various backgrounds or are at univerdsity. The one thing that unites them is wanting to make a difference. Volunteers are there to lend a hand to anyone that needs support.

Our management committee consists of some of the best business minds in the area! David, John and Nick all have business backgrounds which are utilised effectively to help with strategic and business planning as well as providing many excellent contacts which results in our members having amazing opportunities. The committee is consistent with David and John being there from the start. They have always believed in and share a passion for this service even after all these years and always have the members best interests at heart.
Tony and Bobby are both service users and sit on the management committee. Their input at meetings is vital in making sure our service is member led.
Steering Group is a small group of management members and staff who look at the detail of what we do and report back to other trustees.
